30 Day Return Policy. Customer must pay the return shipping costs when returning a product. Returns Policy:
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will also be covered.
All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative, who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have the following details ready when requesting an RMA:
Reason for return
Product model number and quantity
Customer name and copy of the sales order or invoice
Return Eligibility:
Returns due to customer error may be accepted within 30 days of shipment and are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more.
Products must be returned in their original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during return shipping.
Credit may not be issued for products damaged due to improper return packaging or freight handling.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Outfront Medical reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, if returned items qualify for warranty coverage or credit.
Credit & Fees:
All returns will be inspected upon receipt.
An additional 20% fee may apply to items that require cleaning, re-labeling, or repackaging.
Original shipping charges will not be credited.
Return shipping must be prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
Refund Timing:
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the time you ship the item back. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), internal processing (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing (5 to10 business days).
