Horrible, unethical, and unprofessional. We inspected a Philips Ingenia, agreed to purchase, were asked to and did participate in hospital project management meeting, and then while we were waiting for return of signed purchase agreement, Lidia texted us that they sold the MRI to someone else. No further communication. We had to return customers money.
