Atlantis Worldwide sold Marsha Fontanive and Expansion Medical a Siemens Avanto MRI system which was delivered and installed in August 2021. Our agreement included site planing, shipping, installation, applications training, one year warranty and a four year extended service and maintenance program. After we delivered and installed this Siemens Avanto, Marsha Fontanive and Expansion Medical short paid Atlantis $82,600. After repeated attempts at getting paid, Atlantis filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. On July 28, 2022 Atlantis was awarded a judgement against Marsha Fontanive and Expansion Medical for the full amount of $82,600 plus interest still owed to Atlantis .
If anyone has any knowledge of the whereabouts of Marsha Fontanive please let us know.

Quick update. We did find one bank account with JP Morgan Chase, this account is now frozen and we are waiting for the Marshall to levy and turn over whatever funds are present.
We did see in the account statements that Expansion Medical purchased an $80,000 boat shortly after they were paid by the leasing company for the Siemens Avanto.
If anyone knows of any further assets of Expansion Medical or Marsha Fontanive, please let us know.
