Need help with Hologic Selenia 2007.
This is therefore the first start after its transfer.
When turned on, the mammograph performs the 14 necessary steps. It starts heating the sensor. after heating or as soon as you do "dismiss", it gives the message: "No communication with the sensor" "You can work in mode without image acquisition".
We checked the wiring. They are ok.
We checked the fiber optics and LEDs on the Brick board. They are ok.
Note, We had to change the PC time and resync (date mmddHHMM2024) because the PC battery was out of order. We also reinstalled the latest Backup.
Can anyone guide us to identify the problem and resolve it?

hi, i have the same trouble i checked all things that you said all is fine my diagnostic is a bad power supply in the detector i need get one detector for make tests with the power supply but the problem could be some power supoly in the detector

You should check the IP address on the system. Try to do Ping to all modules. I would recommend to check with alternate fiber, just in case.
