Dear all,
Please i have one iE33 Philips ultrasound that is displaying error:
"Unable to check status of licensed options. The system can not operate in this state. Please recoerd the following information and call Technical Support".
SoftwareBuildVersion: 6.3.3.145.

Login to the service side of the system and restore your backup. If that doesn't work, reload software and them restore your backup.

Brian is correct first make a backup of hdd. Lic file extention is XML file with systemoptions or licence
You should find it else you need new lic file for your machine .
You can always go to service mode and get help with us
