No property removed until fully paid. All equipment is sold as is and where is. The information contained in this listing is subject to inspection and verification by all parties relying on it. No liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the seller, the representative of the seller, C2 Management or their agents.

All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. C2 Management may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall C2 Management be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. C2 Management shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

C2 Management will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, C2 Management or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:

* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;

* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to Health Canada or FDA regulation and it is to be used for regulated medical services in Canada or the USA, your payment for it indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. If you have questions about legal obligations regarding sales of medical devices, you should consult with Health Canada, the FDA or the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which the item is to be used.

Pickup/Shipping
Arrangements: Removal arrangements must be made within 5 business days of the auction's end via the portal link sent to your registered email.

Local Pick-Up Scheduling: Book your time slot via the portal link. Appointments are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) in 30-minute increments.
Loading: Forklift loading is provided; no other manual assistance is available. Please arrive prepared with adequate transportation and any additional labor needed.
Fees & Penalties: Late (25+ minutes without notice): $50.00 fee. Arrival without appointment: $100.00 fee. No-show: Greater of $10 or 20% of the order total. Two no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture.
Ground Services: We offer packaging for ground shipments at $15.00 per box (maximum fee: $150). You will receive an email to select a shipping method or provide your own pre-paid labels once items are packaged.
LTL Services: We offer palletization at $100.00 per pallet. If using your own carrier, you must upload the Bill of Lading (BOL) to the portal at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. If scheduling your own pickup, this must be done within one week of receiving weight/dimension details to avoid forfeiture.
Large Ground Orders: We may consolidate large orders onto pallets for cheaper freight shipping at a flat fee of $150. Please select "Freight Shipping" in the portal if you prefer this option.
Payment Requirements for Shipping: Arrangement of customers' own shipping will not be finalized until all packing and handling fees are paid. Items will not be released until payment is confirmed.
International Shipping: We are unable to provide international shipping. Buyers are responsible for all arrangements, and we will not provide customs/SLI documentation. You must provide a U.S.-based shipping address prior to payment; failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
