When you power the Oxygen Concentrator on the Power On LED comes on and the motors and pumps start.

The video of it in my ad of the Longfian JAY-5KW 5L blowing Oxygen it to a rubber glove is for demonstration purposes.
If it is not plugged in to a wall outlet and you put the power switch to the on position it makes a beeping sound. I think that is an alert for if it looses power while the Oxygen Concentrator is running.
