HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. COULD NOT GET AS MUCH AS A TRACKING NUMBER UNTIL OVER 10 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. PAID FOR USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING TO (hopefully) RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER. WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE, THE PERSON STATED THAT IT WAS OK TO SHIP THE PACKAGE VIA FedEx Ground SINCE IT WASN'T GOING VERY FAR. WHAT???? ITEMS TOO 15 DAYS TO ARRIVE. BAD BUSINESS. MEMO TO AIDEYAN OB AND ALL OTHER eCommerce SELLERS: IF A CUSTOMER PAYS FOR A CERTAIN METHOD OF SHIPPING, YOU SHIP WITH THE EXACT SERVICE PAID FOR, NO MATTER HOW CLOSE OR FAR AWAY THE DESTINATION IS.
