Representatives from Lunit and VIDI Group sign a partnership agreement to expand access to AI-powered mammography solutions at JFR 2024.
Lunit has partnered with VIDI Group, France's largest private radiology and radiotherapy network, to expand access to its mammography solution, Lunit INSIGHT MMG.

This agreement will bring the technology to over 400 sites and 1,200 physicians within the VIDI network, which accounts for roughly a quarter of France’s private radiology market.

The partnership, formalized at the JFR 2024 conference, builds on prior deployments of Lunit’s technology by VIDI members since 2021. The AI solution has been noted for its specificity and ability to enhance diagnostic confidence without raising false positives. Dr. François Pey of Coradix in Perpignan highlighted its utility, stating it reduces the need for additional imaging and enhances workflow efficiency.

VIDI Managing Director Amélie Libessart expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing its alignment with the network’s goal of adopting proven, innovative technologies to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

In addition to scaling its presence in France, Lunit plans to collaborate with VIDI on education, communication, and future product development, fostering broader innovation in radiology.

Founded in 2013, Lunit serves over 4,500 medical institutions in more than 55 countries, offering AI solutions for cancer screening and treatment.
