DOWNEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SuperCare Health has acquired LifeCare Solutions respiratory assets throughout the state of California. The deal involves substantially all the respiratory assets but excludes Competitive Bidding beneficiaries. The transaction will enhance SuperCare Health’s position as the premier respiratory provider for ventilation, oxygen and pharmacy services across the state.
SuperCare Health will service the additional volume through its 19 locations throughout California and Nevada markets.
