Waldmann single-head examination/procedural light assembly with flexible gooseneck arm and inline control module. The lamp head contains two reflector bulbs behind a colored protective filter and includes a small positioning bail on the front of the head for aiming.Physical features include a swivel/mounting lever, adjustable arm, inline control module with a green ON/OFF rocker and a rotary intensity knob, coiled control cable and mains lead with connector. The unit is designed for mounting to a stand or bracket and provides directed task lighting for clinical/exam use.Includes: lamp head with attached flexible arm, inline control box with rocker switch and dimmer knob, integrated coiled cable and mains lead, and the mounting lever/clamp hardware shown in photos.Cosmetic condition: fair the housing and arm show noticeable surface wear including scuffs, paint chips and scratches consistent with prior use. No major structural cracks visible in photographed areas.Functional condition: good unit powers on and illuminates as shown; rocker switch and rotary control present and operational in photos. Bulbs are installed but light may require lamp replacement or adjustment depending on intended use.May require calibration or service before clinical use.
