RF output presence has been verified during activation using a Fluke 123 Scopemeter via inductive wire-loop pickup at the output cable. Distinct RF activity was observed during activation, and CUT and COAG modes show different RF behavior, consistent with normal operation. RF signal appears immediately upon activation and ceases when released.
This verification confirms the RF oscillator and output stage are active. No patient-connected load or ESU analyzer was used.
