Nikon E600 Fluorescence Motorized Microscope
Currently setup for Brightfield with Fluorescence.
This Nikon E600W Fluorescence Microscope is in good working order with all aspects of the system tested and working fully.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

Tested all shutters and mechanical adjustments: PASSED
During testing this Nikon E600W Fluorescence Microscope system was found to be fully functional.
A clear image was produced through both the eyepieces and the camera port.
All of the mechanical and motorized components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Nikon E600 Fluorescence Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield with Fluorescence studies.
It is fitted with a LEP motorized XY stage. The AmScope MU300 digital camera is capable of taking detailed digital images and producing a live feed.
The images taken can also be overlaid with simple measurements using the AmScope software.
The system includes a Dell Latitude i5 laptop for MicroManager and AmScope software.
This video begins with a full front view of the Nikon E600 Fluorescence Microscope powered up and running. The camera pans across for a closer view.
We see the laptop with AmScope live feed and a demo of it with the motorized XY stage via joystick and MicroManager control software.
Next we see joystick control of the stag. Finally we see the fluorescence. A final front view of the Nikon E600 Fluorescence Microscope will end this video.
