No property removed until fully paid. All equipment is sold as is and where is. The information contained in this listing is subject to inspection and verification by all parties relying on it. No liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the seller, the representative of the seller, DOTmed.com, Inc. or their agents.

All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. DOTmed.com, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, onthe Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall DOTmed.com, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. DOTmed.com, Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

DOTmed.com, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, DOTmed.com, Inc. or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:

* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;

* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to Health Canada or FDA regulation and it is to be used for regulated medical services in Canada or the USA, your payment for it indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. If you have questions about legal obligations regarding sales of medical devices, you should consult with Health Canada, the FDA or the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which the item is to be used.

Payment Instructions:
You will be provided an invoice for your purchases after the auction ends. Payment must be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction and before equipment removal. Items not paid for within 48 hours will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Shipping Instructions:
DOTmed will work with you to provide a packing & shipping quote for those Successful Bidders that require shipping. The Buyer may also make their own arrangements for removal by their own carrier, to be coordinated in advance with our DOTmed Logistics team. An appointment must be scheduled through our logistics team for all pick ups and removals including removal by own carrier. Contact Us to arrange pick up or request a courtesy quote.

Removal Instructions:
The Removal period will be from February 7th to February 21st excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are either a) not removed or b) have not been scheduled for shipping, either through DOTmed or your own carrier, by the end of the Removal Period will be charged $100 per day per lot.
