Radiometer ABL 800 hemolyzer failure

November 14, 2014 08:31

Hello everyone!
I got a problem with my Radiometer ABL800. The Hemolyzer test in Service menu shows these results:
1. Thermostat temperature: Passed; 37.2 degrees
2. Thermostat heat: Passed 12.5%
3. Tuning voltage: Failed 67.0 Vpeak
4. Tuning Frequency: Passed 30.284khz
5. Impedance shape: Passed
6. Cavitation absorbance: Failed Max 4mAbs
7. Cavitation Drive Current Failed 100%

I believe that "pass" tests are mainly related to the logicboard/controller and the "fail" tests are related to the mechanics of the hemolyzer.

What do you think? Is it possible to fix it?

Thank you :)

Hello,I do have a service manual for this system but it does not contain any info about the hemolyzer. Maybe Radiometer keeps this kind of info only for themselves :-) Unfortunately I cannot understand your question . Are you refering to the calibration gas? Have a nice day
