Good morning sir from here
Currently I’m working on a Ge DMR I’m getting same error E04 arm fatal failure 037/001 what could be the problem and how I resolve it please I need a help
E04 GEN None Arm fatal failure Generator detects
error in dialog with
arm.
Switch OFF Gantry, then switch ON.
If the problem continues, note ALL
messages and contact GEMS Field
Service.
E71 GAN Bucky Fail Bucky Failure Bucky cannot be
moved under normal
conditions.
1. Remove Bucky.
2. Reinstall Bucky.
3. Make a Rad Prep.
4. If failure continues, note ALL
messages, and contact GEMS Field

Exposures can be made without the
Bucky
I believe you have a grid movement issue.
118/012 is a limit of travel not found error caused by:
- There is abnormal friction. If the effort to produce movement is too high, the gain is artificially raised. An overcurrent detection is also possible.
- Too high gain and/or wrong offset
- defective photo-interrupter (F1) on 800-PL10
- Motor cannot move (open voice coil wires, defective electronic circuitry)
- Motor only moves in one direction - defective electronic circuitry (800-PL1)
- Optical end-of-travel cannot be reached before mechanical stop: 800-PL1 not centered.
Use Mammocom software to troubleshoot the grid and calibrate...send me results via whatsapp - +256782702243

027/002 Grid start signal not detected or grid fault detected. 118/012 Grid movement - limit of travel not found. You can check for grid motor voltage at 800 PL10 corner XJ2. you can check Hall Effect, on grid, approximately 8 ohms. Hall sensor is +4V(+/- 50mV)without any magnetic field measured on TP1/TP2(800-PL10)
Hell I have problem with dmr+ and error 158/019 lateral collimator. Does anyone know solutionr? At start up machine motor drives and blades move to sensor and then in other position.

Good day,
We have a GE Seno DMR+ mammography unit giving the following errors:
E04 - Arm Fatal Failure - 027/002
E71 - Bucky Failure - 118/012
Any advise in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Did you try another bucky? Most probably the solenoid which moves the grid is faulty. Contact me at tibor@ivanszky.com

027/002 means the grid start signal was not received or grid fault detected.
