Before you do anything you need to reset the Crservice and Administrator passwords back to the AGFA default passwords.
Not doing so will make it so the alf file will be invalid, those user account passwords are embedded in the alf file.
I cannot give you the passwords but I can assist you with TeamViewer.
Next you need to search c:\ for anything .alf (*.alf) and copy all alf files to a directory in the root of c.
Call it, c:\Alf Files.
Then see if you can run the NX Configurator by right clicking on NX Configurator and runas Crservice.
If you can login then you will want to run active configuration, when the config is loaded you will then export the active configuration.
I would also export this to a directory you will need to create in the root of C, C:\NX Configuration.
Once you do that you will need to reset NX prior to activation, keep in mind when you do this you will lose your NX Configuration which is why it is important to export the active configuration.
When you reset NX it will wipe the configuration and it's configuration directory.
When NX resets, you will then have the opportunity to activate NX.
After NX is activated you will need to launch License Manager and point it to your created C:\Alf Files and point to your latest alf.
The valid alf file will normally start with the year in 4 digit format.
Example of a valid alf: 2016.02.21_00.06.45.alf
Once the license file has been set by license manager you will need to open the NX Configurator and Load Configuration from a file and point it to your NX Configuration file.
Then under NX Configurator go to Security and set up users and then user roles and then activate NX.
What digitizer do you have, CR30-X, CR25, CR35, CR75 or CR85?
