On June 12, private equity firm Grovecourt Capital Partners, in West Palm Beach, announced that it has acquired teleradiology provider Premier Radiology Services, in Miami.

Grovecourt, which specializes in lower-middle market private deals, has previously acquired and partnered with other healthcare companies specializing in distribution, outsourced services, equipment refurbishment, healthcare IT, and specialty physician practices, as well as companies in communications, business services and industrials.

Grovecourt has experience developing management teams and boards of directors, and using strategic frameworks to identify business savvy performance and long-term growth investments.

“With Grovecourt by our side, we will attract even more skilled radiologists as we continue to invest in our technology and our talented team,” said Drew Gaudet, CEO of Premier.

According to its website, Grovecourt provides both capital for growth and balance sheet optimization.

Premier Radiology Services, which is looking to scale, operates in 48 states, and employs 100 radiologists that interpret over 2 million scans annually for mobile imaging providers, occupational health centers, urgent care providers, and outpatient clinics.

Financial details were not disclosed.
