by Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | April 14, 2021
Joseph Graham and Chris Gervais
Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders, as well as innovative thinkers who are working to meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.

Over the last week I have had the pleasure of speaking to Joseph Graham and Chris Gervais.

In the following installment, I check in with Joseph Graham, vice president of service sales and marketing at Canon Medical Systems USA, to discuss his diverse background in healthcare and how the industry has evolved. We also talk about the impact of COVID-19 and the ways that Canon prepared itself to meet the parts and service needs of its customers throughout the pandemic.

In this installment, I check in with Chris Gervais, chief technology officer at Kyruus, a company that helps connect the right patients with the right care providers. We talk about the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines, the logistical challenges that such a massive undertaking create, and how technology has been able to support the distribution.

We hope you enjoy the videos. Please tell us what you think, and let us know who you would like to see interviewed next!
