My interviews with Arnold Thorstad and Matt Mikula

by Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | March 24, 2021
Arnold Thorstad (L) and Matt Mikula
Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders, as well as innovative thinkers who are working to meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.

Over the last week I have had the pleasure of speaking to Arnold Thorstad and Matt Mikula.

In the following installment, I check in with Arnold Thorstad, cofounder and president of Medivico, about his efforts to find products being produced around the world and bring them where they're needed most. He is currently involved in acquiring PPE, particularly medical gloves, and we discuss the pros and cons of importing versus domestic production and the logistics involved in his work.

In the following installment, I check in with Matt Mikula, global manager of health care solutions at Lenovo, a leading IT company. We talk about the ways the company is leveraging its scale to bring better virtual care to hospitals.

We hope you enjoy the videos. Please tell us what you think, and let us know who you would like to see interviewed next!
