The GX560 5 megapixel monochrome medical monitor has received FDA 510(k) clearance for breast tomosynthesis and digital mammography and will be available in the beginning of 2019. The GX560 utilizes a LTPS (lowtemperature polysilicon) IPS liquid crystal display, which can reach a maximum brightness of 2500 cd/m2. This ensures that when calibrated to 600 cd/m2, EIZO can guarantee 5 years of use. Furthermore, it has a high contrast ratio of 1700:1, displaying deep blacks without any washout. This makes it suitable for faithfully reproducing images for mammography and breast tomosynthesis.

EIZO US will be releasing a 3 megapixel color medical monitor in the beginning of 2019, with features that improve work efficiency. The RadiForce RX360 monitor comes equipped with an LTPS (low-temperature polysilicon) IPS panel with LED backlight which ensures a maximum brightness of 1100 cd/m2. This makes it ideal for accurately viewing PACS images such as grayscale X-ray, CR, and DR, as well as color images such as 3D rendering and image fusion. It is the successor model to the RadiForce RX350.
