Siemens Healthineers Mammomat Inspiration with HD Breast Tomosynthesis

Siemens Healthineers
Mammomat Inspiration with HD Breast Tomosynthesis
Digital mammography system with optional High Definition (HD) Breast Tomosynthesis builds on the company's established DBT platform, which has the industry's widest tomo sweep of 50 degrees, delivers exceptionally clear images and is the first solution approved for 3-D-only mammograms. HD Breast Tomosynthesis incorporates new EMPIRE technology, which combines iterative and machine learning algorithms for clearer, more concise 3-D reconstruction. While EMPIRE technology is approved as a 3-D-only exam, it includes Insight 2-D and 3-D – synthetic software-generated visualization of tomo volumes in 2-D and 3-D. Insight 2-D allows breast imagers to obtain a 2-D image from the EMPIRE 3-D image set, providing navigational support for 3-D-only exams without adding dose. Insight 3-D adds depth to breast anatomy visualization.

SonoCine AWBUS

SonoCine
AWBUS
Like mammography, separating screening from diagnosis, SonoCiné AWBUSTM (Automated Whole Breast Ultrasound) is a device that projects moving images every 400 microns onto the reader’s maculae.
Using a 5cm probe from any high-resolution U.S. machine achieves complete superficial and deep coverage of both breasts and lower axilla, leading to easy recognition of 3-10mm masses in cine loops.

SonoCiné AWBUS is fast and doesn’t use 3-D because masses must first be found before they’re diagnosed. For more information, please visit us at www.SonoCine.com.
