From the world's largest supplier of RF shielding for MRI systems, Ben Turner, vice president of sales and marketing for ETS-Lindgren, took the opportunity to talk about some of the company's featured products from RSNA 2009.

On display at ETS-Lindgren's booth at the recent trade show was the company's new Med-Vizion family of LED lighting products, which Turner says is a longer-lasting and greener alternative to incandescent lighting for the MRI suite. ETS-Lindgren also had the Magnetic Active Compensation System, or MACS, on display. This technology measures electromagnetic disturbance in the environment due to trains, elevators and other sources, and counters it with negative feedback technology.
