This lens was developed for use on commercial level digital presentations at conferences, lecture and exhibition halls, classrooms and places of worship. It replaces the "S" shot throw standard lenses found on the projectors listed below so that projections can be made in smaller venues with less distance between the projector and the screen. It can also be used quite effectively project from the rear of a surface (e.g. Imagine Van Gogh exhibition)

This lens adds flexibility for rear projection installations and setups that require large images with close proximity to the screen. The zoom feature allows more position versatility than the short throw fixed lens.
