Steris AMSCO Surgical Headrest System with adjustable wrist rest, cushion pad and Steris Mayfield table adapter. It is unmarked but I am certain is Steris. This is a fully adjustable and articulating headrest perfect for Neuro, Ophthalmic, Dental and Cosmetology. Very similar to the Steris Multi-Poise system and compatible with Mayfield table adapters. Designed to replace the head section of existing operating room tables.

Will fit Steris OR Tables using the included Mayfield adapter. Other Mayfield style adapters exist to adapt to most other brand OR Tables. Condition & Testing

This is a super nice heavy duty surgical headrest system in perfect operating condition. There is some normal sign of use in the form of some minor tarnish and cosmetic blemishes but no visible damage. I have fully tested all adjustments, joints, sockets, locking mechanisms and it is working perfect in every way. The head holder cushion pad is perfect. The Steris Mayfield adapter fits properly and is nice. There is no indication of manufacture but it is obviously Steris/AMSCO based on the engineering. I could find no information about this device but I believe is designed primarily for Ophthalmic surgery.
