This was recently acquired with a bunch of Medtronic Affinity Perfusor System table attachments and I am assuming that this to is a Medtronic gas cylinder holder. It has a single pole attachment which is 4" long x 5/8" in diameter. Common size for table pole attachments. The pin pulls out a bit and the arms open a bit to slip the tank in. Overall a well built but simple piece.
