We have 4 of these carts with good batteries and no significant cosmetic damage. The side mounted height adjusters work smoothly and castor brakes hold. There are no apparent faults with these carts other than minor wear on the cart surfaces consistent with normal use.
One cart is a model 1781707 (2011 S/N 11-16987-R0-02) and the other 9M38-00-A55 (2010 S/N 10-07450-R0-02). There us no apparent difference between them,
Cart replacement value is over $3000 USD.

For the same price we also have three Polycom HDX8000 Practitioner Carts built for mobile teleconferencing as well as standard work station use. While the HDX 8000 model is a much superior cart in terms of construction, it has a somewhat larger footprint and does not come with a battery, CPU, display or camera.
