The LINSCAN laser is a type of diode laser with a wavelength of 808 nm, a maximum fluence of 100 J/cm2, a power density of 2000 W/cm2 with an adjustable pulse time of 4-400 ms with an excellent skin contact cooling system. This laser is distinguished by a revolutionary method of linear scanning and minimal pain of the procedure.

Linear scanning consists in evenly depositing energy in the skin tissue, taking about 0.5-1.0 s on an area of 7.5 cm2 in a photocopier-like operation.

The advantage of linear scanning is;

Speed. The treatment area is much larger compared to other diode lasers and amounts to as much as 7.5 cm2 compared to less than a centimeter in the case of other lasers of this type. This shortens the time of the procedure, reduces its discomfort and pain.

Efficiency. The laser has a high power density of up to 100 J/cm2, which makes it possible to achieve high fluences with short pulses, e.g. 40 J/cm2 at 20 ms.

Security. The use of linear scanning minimizes the risk of burns and postoperative complications.

painless. Minimization of discomfort thanks to this type of scanning combined with strong contact cooling of the skin. The sapphire glass of the laser can be cooled down to 0°C and adapted to the patient's expectations. The laser beam is 1×15 mm in size, but it scans the treatment area of 50×15 mm.
