Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Allorders will be processed and shipped within 3 business day from receipt ofpayment. Our Shipping cutoff is at 2 pm PST.
Tracking will be posted t as soon as the item ships.
For any lost or stolen packages that show as"delivered" according to the tracking or confirmation information.Contact the carrier for further help with delivery issues.

Return Policy:
All products, except "for parts or repair" items,unless otherwise noted, have a 14-days Dead on Arrival warranty. If youritem is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for areplacement for 14 days from the date the product was shipped.
Our warranty does not include consumables, eg. toner, inkcartridges, bulbs, batteries, all for parts or repair items, missingaccessories not stated in our ad or pictured, etc. Compatibility issues are notconsidered Dead On Arrival. Please check with the appropriatemanufacturer to confirm compatibility issues before purchasing.
To return an item, contact us and request a return for theorder.
All returned products must be 100% complete in the originalpackaging, in resalable condition, and include any manuals, warranty cards, andany other accessories.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping the productback to us.
Local Pick Up Policy:
Customers may pick up their order locally from ourwarehouse. After payment is received, we will contact you with location andavailable pickup times. Please bring a photo ID and copy of your order.
