Wanted BREWER 5001 or 5000 Exam Table Parts leg support extension with bassin tray slider

The part we are looking for is a replacement for a missing slider tray with leg support. It is similar to what you will find on Ritter Midmark and other standard exam tables produced over the last 35 years. The tray width is wider than the 104-304 Ritter table trays. The supports for it on the table 20 7/8" wide (OD). Color is condition of the leg support is not important as it will be reupholstered to match the table's custom color. Shipping will be on our UPS account. Please provide a package size and weight in your quote.
