This item is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Powers up without incident and the fan kicks on right away. The device has a dual-lamp set up and both lamps shine bright and clear. The 4-Port Connection Turret and the light intensity adjustment both turnsmooth and function as designed. All 4 rubberpads at the base of the unit are present and level. Cord is good.
