This twenty year old centrifuge spent its career in a rural public health clinic. It does not appear to have seen heavy use and seems to have been well maintained. It ramps up to speed quickly and slows down just as well with software controlled braking. The display is clear and the keypad is responsive and undamaged. Other than a few minor scratches it appears as good as the day it was put on its first bench. The rotor is a Hettich model 1624 rated at 4000 RPM. It comes with buckets with tub holders and screw on tops and appears in as good of shape as the centrifuge. A hard copy of the original manual is included. This centrifuge is priced as it is only because of age. The current 32A Universal made by Hettich appears to have the same features as model 32 with updated display, controls and moderately updated case.
