This kit was in use by a rural medical clinic which provided local alcohol screening services to industry and civil organizations. The clinic closed earlier in 2023 due to staffing issues. It appears the kit was last used in 2022. We have this complete kit and another Phoenix 6.0BT kit available that is from the same clinic listed as well. Both were kept calibrated through 2021-22 and were reportedly fully functional until the business closed. Both units are due for a their 2 year Lifeloc factory calibration and inspection.
The Phoenix 6.0 was last factory calibrated in 2016.
Pricing in this ad is for the Lifeloc 6.0 model and its SATO MB200i wireless infrored printer. It was made in 2008.
The Phoenix breath alcohol analyzer is US made and features:
* Fluid Cell measurement technology which offers superior accuracy, repeatability and recovery under all measurement conditions.

If picked up locally we will include a Lifeloc calibration gas cylinder such as is seen the pictures. Prohibitions on shipping pressurized cylinders make it difficult at best to ship this with the test kit. It can be done, but the expense will likely be greater than the replacement cylinder purchased directly from the manufacturer.
One box of 4 sealed rolls of PermAffix Labels is included with each kit.
The 6.0BT has one additional roll in the kit. We will include the manuals and accessories seen with the kit pics. Additional consumables for these kits are available from the manufacturer.
As far as can be determined from the information on the manufacturer's site, there is little functional difference beyond the printer and the interface with it between the Phoenix 6.0 and the Phoenix 6.0BT. Lifeloc has issued an end of life support notice for the 6.0 model due to the SATA MB200 printer's no longer being in production (they are available commonly on the aftermarket) and concerns about the testing cell's durability. Lifeloc will provide a trade in credit should an own wish to move up to a 6.0BT instrument.

Generally, all of our items have an inspection warranty which kicks in upon delivery for a period of 7 to 14 days.
