The model 20403 Prism monitor comes with SPO2 and ECG 3 lead sensors. It has a bright & responsive display and controls and there is no damage on the housing or input ports. This configuration includes a built-in printer, BP, NIBP, SPOs, ECG and temperature inputs. This unit boots to a setup screen using MDE version 3. I have not figured out how to get it to read the sensors. The alarm countdown, time/date, patient and display type selections all seem to work well. No batteries (12 V 2.3 Amp) are included or required to operate this US made instrument.
